Offer · Frontrunner session

One afternoon.
One map.
Three first steps.

In the frontrunner session we map, with your board, directors and key people, which digital suppliers you depend on, what happens if they stop delivering and what is already possible today.

Why now?

What you
get.

A fixed price, a fixed result. You know in advance what to expect.

Frontrunner session

€2,450excl. VAT

For the first three organisations: €1,950.

  • Intake beforehand, 30 minutes online
  • A session of 2.5 to 3 hours at your location, with board, directors and key people
  • Within a week, one A4 with your risk map and three first steps
  • A 45-minute course check after one to two weeks

Want to meet first? In half an hour we see whether the session fits you.

The
programme.

From facts to your own map. Six parts, in plain language.

  1. 01 · What is happening

Facts with dates: sanctions, the CLOUD Act, price increases and what organisations like yours are experiencing.

  2. 02 · How it works

Who decides what happens to your mail, files and AI, and which laws apply.

  3. 03 · Schleswig-Holstein

A German state making the switch: what went wrong and what worked.

  4. 04 · What is possible today

The ladder of options, from an exit on paper to a European switch layer by layer.

  5. 05 · What it means for you

Together we put your suppliers on the risk map. Which ones are a lifeline, and what happens if they fall away?

  6. 06 · Three first steps

Concrete, feasible and at your pace. So it does not stay a good conversation.

Who is
this for?

For mission-driven organisations that run on American big tech and want to decide about that themselves.

And then?

After the course check, your board knows whether and how it wants to continue.

If you want to make the exit concrete, the switch exploration follows. Per layer, mail and calendar, files and AI, we find one suitable European partner, with price, support and migration confirmed in writing. The exploration costs €4,950; €2,950 as an introductory price. All prices exclude VAT.

We only offer implementation when the exploration calls for it. Always with European partners, and in a way your own people can carry it afterwards.

Practical
questions.

What do you need from us?

A half-hour intake and, if possible, a list of the tools and suppliers you use. We do the rest in the session.

Who leads the session?

Rik Heijmen, founder of Newground. Where needed, he brings a technical specialist.

Do we have to buy anything after the session?

No. The risk map and the three steps are yours, whatever you decide.

Why on location?

Because the conversation gets better when board, directors and key people sit at the same table. Including the honest conversation about how much discomfort a switch costs.

Why a lower price for the first three?

The session is new. The first three organisations help us sharpen it; in return they pay a lower price.
