A switch is not one big button. Per layer we look at what is possible, what it costs and what depends on it.
- Mail and calendar
Where you work every day. The most visible part of a switch, and often the best prepared. Think of Proton or a European mail host.
- Files and collaboration
Documents, shared folders and writing together. This is where permissions, links and templates live. Think of Nextcloud with a European provider.
- AI
The newest layer and the fastest-growing dependency. Which European models and hosts fit what you do with it? Think of Mistral or an open model with a European host.
- What depends on it
Logins, connections to accounting, CRM and member records. The invisible part that makes or breaks a switch. Every connection is another seatbelt.

questions.
Do we need a frontrunner session first?
Usually yes: the risk map from the session shows which layers deserve attention first. If you already have a clear picture, we discuss in a sounding board call whether you can start right away.
What if there is no good European alternative for a layer?
Then we say so. Sometimes the best choice is to stay for now, with an exit on paper. That is in the advice too.
Are we obliged to switch afterwards?
No. The advice and the written confirmations are yours, whatever you decide.
Why an introductory price?
